Participate in E-world energy & water 2023

The Swedish Energy Agency is arranging an energy pavilion at the trade fair E-world energy & water, 23–25 May 2023 in Essen, Germany. Swedish small and medium-sized companies with innovative green energy solutions are welcome to apply for participation until 24 February 2023.

In the German business world, trade fairs play an important role both for networking and for actual business deals. E-world energy & water is the European energy sector’s major international meeting point. As information and networking platform for the energy industry, the fair annually gathers international stakeholders and trade visitors in Essen, the heart of German industry.

Unique opportunity to position Swedish cleantech innovation

For the third year in a row, the Swedish Energy Agency, the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Business Sweden are organizing the Swedish Energy Pavilion at E-world, the trade fair that gives the best exposure for energy solutions to a global and German audience. The 100 square meter joint exhibition stand presents all types of Swedish energy solutions that can contribute to the transition to a sustainable energy system, such as energy efficiency, renewable energy resources, smart grids, sustainable mobility and much more.

As an exhibitor in the Swedish Energy Pavilion at E-world you will benefit from:

Exhibition space in the Swedish Energy Pavilion, including exhibitor’s passes for admission into the fair, its activities, networking possibilities and accompanying program.
Opportunity to participate in pitching sessions and complementary activities organized in the pavilion and external locations to create interest and attract visitors.
Operational support through the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce with targeted efforts to arrange tailored meetings with relevant industry contacts. This also includes market-focused, linguistic and cultural support on site.

Limited number of exhibition spaces

The space in the pavilion is limited and we therefore ask interested companies to submit their interest as soon as possible and confirm through registration by 24 February 2023 at the latest. We are looking for 15 exhibiting companies. The placement of the companies in the pavilion will be allocated in accordance with the time of registration. The cost of participation in the stand is SEK 25,000 per company, excluding VAT.
