Yangi: SGCP has been a valuable stepping stone to other markets

Patricia Möller, Head of Market Development at Yangi, underlines the importance of joining Swedish-German Cleantech Platform in the mission to transform the packaging industry. Yangis sustainable and cost-effective alternative to plastic packaging is changing the industry, but to do so, you need a platform to reach the right stakeholders. For example, Yangi participated at Interpack in Düsseldorf in May this year.
Yangi is not only concouring Germany, Yangi is also entering the U.S. market. On August 31st 2026 it was announced that Yangi is bringing their Cellera® technology across the Atlantic, exporting their industrial dry-forming platform for fiber-based packaging to another continent. Many of the experiences from the German market entry project has paved the way for Yangis international expansion.
