The solution reduces energy consumption by around 20%, lowers noise levels, and cuts costs by up to 60–70% compared to full window replacement. In 2025, Grundels initiated a pilot project with LEG Immobilien Gruppe, one of Germany’s largest private residential property owners, unlocking the possibilities in combining Swedish innovation and German scalability. With growing demand for resource efficient solutions, ClimateGlass enables property owners to upgrade building portfolios quickly while minimizing disruption for tenants. At the same time, it supports reduced CO₂ emissions by improving energy performance and avoiding unnecessary material waste, fully aligned with Germany’s climate targets for the building sector.
